NAGALAND: Nagaland is a state in northeastern India. It is bordered by the state of Arunachal Pradesh to the north, Assam to the west, Manipur to the south and the Sagaing Region of Myanmar to the east.
MANIPUR: Manipur is a state in northeastern India, with the city of Imphal as its capital. It is bounded by the Indian states of Nagaland to the north, Mizoram to the south.
MIZORAM: Mizoram is a landlocked state in North East India whose southern part shares 722 kilometres long international borders with Myanmar and Bangladesh, and northern part share domestic borders with Manipur, Assam and Tripura. It is the fifth smallest state of India with 21,087 km2 (8,142 sq mi).

DAY-WISE TENTATIVE TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 01: 22 OCT – KOLKATA – DIMAPUR – KOHIMA
Departure for Dimapur by morning flight around 11.20am from Kolkata. arrive Dimapur by 12.55 hrs and on arrival have your lunch thereafter drive to Kohima is 74km-2hrs drive, the name KOHIMA derived from the word "Kew Hi Ma" which means the men of the land where the flower Kew Hi grows. Situated at an altitude of 1444 m above sea level, Kohima is the Capital of Nagaland. On the way visit the Nagaland village like Kepfiizha (Kigwema village). On arrival Kohima transfer to respective hotel and evening visit WW II Cemetery, situated in the heart of Kohima town which reminds the enormous courage displayed by the war heroes in order to preserve our freedom for the future generation. Overnight stay Kohima hotel.
DAY 02: 23 OCT – KOHIMA SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast departure for Kohima local sightseeing - visit State Museum, Here Handlooms & Handicrafts, Tools & Implements, Gems & Jewelry, Coins & Ancient weaponry will give you an idea of the rich Culture and Heritage of the native people, Angami village of Jakhama etc. Evening return back to hotel for night stay.
DAY 03: 24 OCT – KOHIMA – IMPHAL TRANSFER
Today morning after breakfast check out hotel and depart for Imphal the capital city of Manipur 147km (4 hrs drive). On arrival Imphal transfer to hotel. After taking some rest evening walk to the EMA Market: One of the main attractions of Imphal ,what makes this market different is that it is run by women. Overnight Imphal hotel.
DAY 04: 25 OCT – IMPHAL SIGHTSEETING
Morning after breakfast start for Imphal local sightseeing, visit the ancient capitol of Manipur - Kangla fort, Shaheed Minar or Martyr’s Gate is another sightseeing spot of Imphal that is visited by tourists from all over the country. Then proceed to visit Govindaji Temple, Iskon Temple. In the evening back to the hotel for overnight stay
DAY 05: 26 OCT – IMPHAL – MAIRANG LOKTAK LAKE EXPLORE
Today morning after breakfast we will explore the most popular tourist destination of Imphal. While you are visiting an array of places in Imphal, the Loktak Lake can be your unwinding spot after a long day of excursions. This magnificent freshwater lake happens to be the largest one in the whole state. The reason behind its nickname “floating lake” is the presence of organic substances (Phumdis) floating on its surface. The sheer beauty of Loktak Lake is a sight for sore eyes and the best time to visit this tourist spot in Imphal is during the winter months when the “dancing deer” can be spotted near the lake. Besides this, We will visit one of most sacred places in the history of India’s freedom struggle . It is here the Indian Nation Army (INA) hoisted its flag for the first time and set up a temporary HQ. The museum calls for better upkeep in terms of facilities like lighting , toilet and may be guided tours. It is situated in one of the bylanes of Moirang town in Manipur. The museum depicts a very important chapter of Indian history and of Indian independence struggle. The centrepiece of the museum is a big map showing how Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose eluded the British and made a really astounding journey practically around the world to launch India's freedom-by-force movement. There are lots of photographs and other memorabilia pertaining to Netaji. Late afternoon return to Imphal hotel for night stay.
DAY 06: 27 OCT – IMPHAL – AIZWAL BY FLIGHT
Morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Imphal airport for the flight towards Aizawl. Arrival Aizwal in the afternoon and transfer to the respective hotel. Aizawl, the state Capital of Mizoram is located at an altitude of 4000 feet above sea level. Surrounded on the east by the deep green valley of river Tlawng and protected by beautiful high hills of Durtlang on the north, it is an ideal hill station for those looking for some fresh air and solitude. Evening free. Overnight at Aizwal hotel.
DAY 07: 28 OCT – AIZWAL SIGHTSEEING
Morning after breakfast half day city tour visiting State Museum at McDonald Hill, Beraw Tlang Tourist Complex, Science Center, Beraw Tlang, Aizawl Zoological Park, Lungverh, Durtlang Hills, KVI Handloom and Handicraft Sales Emporium, Zarkawt, MAHCO Showroom, Treasury Square, ZOHANDCO Showroom, Chaltlang, Horticulture Centre, Chite, K.V. Paradise , Durtlang, Martyr's Memorial, Luangmual, LAD park, Muthi, Muthi Hilltop. Late afternoon visit some shopping area and return to hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight Aizwal.
DAY 08: 29 OCT – AIZWAL – KOLKATA RETURN BY FLIGHT
Morning after breakfast free leisure time till your transfer to Aizwal airport for your return flight to Kolkata.
