Day 1 - Arrival Kanpur and transfer to Gwalior Hotel
On arrival at Kanpur Railway Station in the morning you will be transferred to Gwalior. Approx arrival time 12 Noon , have lunch, Check in to your hotel and take rest . Afternoon free time, overnight stay in Gwalior hotel.
Day 2 - Gwalior Sightseeing Tour and Transfer to Jhansi/Orcha
Post breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of Gwalior. Visit Gwalior Fort, a hill fort, which is an iconic landmark and one of the best tourist places to visit in Gwalior.Next, visit Sun Temple, which is a replica of Konark Temple in Puri, Odisha. End the tour with a visit to the beautiful Jai Vilas Palace Museum adorned with huge carpets, gold furnishing and gold chandeliers. Visit Memorial of Tansen, Tigra Dam, and Sas Bahu Temple. Pay respects at Chaturbhuj Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. After exploring Gwalior continue journey towards Jhansi/Orcha. On Arrival check in hotel for a comfortable overnight stay at Jhansi or Orcha.
Day 3 – Orcha Sightseeing
Today after a leisurely breakfast, proceed to Visit Orchha Fort, which houses several monuments including Raja Mahal, Sheesh Temple, and Jehangir Mahal. This fort complex is situated within an island formed by the confluence of Betwa River and Jamni River. After the exploration tour of the fort, head towards Raja Ram Temple, which is a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site and dedicated to Lord Ram. Seek blessings at the temple and then visit Laxminarayan Temple, which is a huge temple and popular historical site. The interior of the temple depicts the stories of Mahabharata. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Laxmi and you can see the statue of Lord Ganesha on the entry. Pay respect to the gods and goddesses.
Also, explore the renowned cenotaphs of the city along with Sunder Mahal, which is an architectural marvel. Sunder Mahal is the epitome of true love and houses relics to the rich religious fervor. With the backdrop of Betwa River, Sunder Mahal looks magnificent. After the exploration tour, return to the Orcha hotel in the evening. Relish the delicious dinner at the hotel have a sound sleep in your cozy bed.
Day 04: Orcha – Khajuraho
Today you will be transferred from Orchato Khajuraho hotel, Check in hotel in the afternoon and relax, today evening you can enjoy the Light and sound program (own cost) Overnight relaxing stay at your Khajuraho hotel.
Day 05 – Khajuraho Sightseeing :
Today post breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Visit the famous and exquisite Eastern and Western group of ancient temples in Khajuraho. Witness the stunning figurines carved on the walls displaying erotic Tantric sexual practices. Also, explore the medieval Hindu and Jain temples. In the evening, return to the hotel for a relaxed sleep.
Day 06 - Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh Transfer
After breakfast check out hotel and transfer to Bandhavgarh hotel, Upon arrival by lunch have your lunch check in hotel and and after some rest proceed to Jeep Safari in Bandhavagarh National Park relax rest of the day, overnight stay in Bandhavgarh hotel.
Day 07 : Bandhavgarh Safari and transfer to Jabalpur
Early in the morning, you will be taken on a jeep safari to the park. You will be picked up from your resort on a jeep and taken on a guided tour through the park. The morning safari covers dense location of the park allowing you to spot tigers and other mammals. Although the reserve has a high tiger population, spotting animals, especially larger mammals is quite a rare opportunity. Back to back safari allows a higher chance to spot as many animals as possible. Your will have the chance to spotting animals like Gaur, Nilgai, Sambar Indian Leopard, Barking deer etc..After safari through the deeper zones of the park region, you will be taken back to the resort have lunch and proceed to Jabalpur. Overnight stay in Jabalpur hotel.
Day 08 : Jabalpur Local Sightseeing
Today After breakfast we will visit the Marble City Jabalpur - Madan Mahal Fort, Balancing rock, Rani Durgawati Museum & Tilwara Ghat. Later return to the Jabbalpur hotel for overnight stay. After having the lunch proceed for an excursion to Bheraghat & enjoy romantic boat ride (row boat) over the Narmada flowing between the sacred river Narmada. Overnight at Jabbalpur.
Day 09, 2023 : Jabalpur – Panchmari Transfer
Today morning after breakfast you will be transferred to the hill station Panchmarih. On arrival check in hotel. Afternoon visit the local bustling market, overnight relaxing stay at Panchmarih hotel.
Day 10, 2023 : Panchmarih Sightseeing
Today after having delicious breakfast you will drive to the various tourist spots in Pachmarhi all through the day. Your day will start with ‘Jata Shankar’ visit which is a ‘sacred cave’ situated under lose boulders displaying nature’s unique architecture. Move on to ‘Christ Church’ which crucially reminds of the colonial rule here. The architecture of the church reminds you of the European style of architecture especially with the altar and walls brought from that region. You can take a break and get back to your hotel to take lunch. Post lunch you will be taken to other sites of tourist attraction in Pachmarhi. Go to the Bee Falls to get closer to nature and then move on to the ‘Vaniki Sangrahalya’ (Bison Lodge) followed by the ‘Bal Udayan (Children’s park). To get a scenic view of the sunset visit the ‘Noka Vihar’ and take a boat ride in the Pachmarhi Lake here. Proceed to Dhoopgarh which is the ‘highest peak’ in the Pachmarhi region. Return to your hotel for night stay.
Depart for Bhopal and on arrival Check-in into the hotel, take same rest After freshen up proceed to local sightseeing of Bhopal, the city of hills and lakes. Upper Lake Lake, Bhopal Bharat Museum, Birla Temple, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya You would also visit “Museum of Man” an initiative by the Madhya Pradesh Government where you can catch a glimpse of tribal life of Madhya Pradesh and upcoming shopping malls on the other. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast leave for Sanchi, a UNESCO world heritage site. On the way to Sanchi, we will notice a signboard which marks the place where the Tropic of Cancer passes through. Sanchi is unique and most perfect well-preserved Buddhist stupas in India. stupas, monasteries, permeated with peace and tranquillity, Sanchi is truly one of the most popular Buddhist pilgrimage. The beautiful gates of the stupas depict scenes the life of Buddha .In the evening reach back Bhopal. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 13: Bhopal to Indore transfer
On arrival at Indore transfer to hotel. Check in your room and relax the rest of the day. Overnight Indore hotel., Indore is a place that takes visitors back to the Holkar Dynasty. The place is ideal among history lovers and get ready to explore the real natural beauty of the place. In our Indore sightseeing tour itinerary we will be visiting some of the major attractions of the places such as Kanch Mandir- well known as Temple of Glass, is a famous Jain temple in Indore which was built by Sir Seth Hukumchand Jain. It lies adjacent to Shish Mahal and has a beautiful interior made using glass all over Lal Bagh Palace, Khajrana is a famous Ganesh temple in Indore. Constructed in the year 1875, during the reign of Rani Ahilya Bai Holkar, today this temple is counted among a major pilgrimage centre in the Indore city. Gomatgiri is a small hillock located amidst picturesque surroundings. It is one of the most admired holy attractions for the followers of Jainism.
Day 14: Indore - Ujjain - Indore
Today we will leave Indore early in the morning for a day tour to Ujjain. On arrival in Ujjain, meet our tour guide who will take you to the place where breakfast will be ready for you. After enjoy delicious breakfast, we will proceed for the sightseeing tour of Ujjain accompanied by the travel guide. Ujjain is acknowledged for Kalidasa and its most popular composition, Meghdoot. It is also known as adobe for Lord Shiva where he has the power of the 12 Jyotirlingas. In our day tour itinerary, we will be covering the major tourist attractions of Ujjain such as the Mahakaleshwar Temple, Chintaman Ganesh, Bhartrihari Caves, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Pir Matsyendranath, Vedh Shala and Kaliadeh Palace. Thereafter, we will return back to our hotel in Indore for a comfortable overnight stay.
Mahakaleshwar Temple is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas that are belived to be the holy adobes of Lord Shiva. It is one of the popular Hindu temples and is located the Rudra Sagar lake side in Ujjain.
Bhartrihari Caves is named after the renowned sage 'Bhatrihari' and represents the ancient wealth of India. They are listed among the major attractions of the place and are visited by large number of travellers from around the world.
Vedh Shala is a observatory was constructed in 1719 by Maharaja Sawai Raja Jaisingh of Jaipur when he was the Governor of Malwa in Ujjain under the supremacy of Delhi's king Muhammad Shah. Beautifully designed, it has now become an interesting tourist destinations that grab attention of visitors from across the globe.
Kaliadeh Palace is nestled on the banks of the River Shipra. It is similar to an island which got split by a small stretch of water. The palace states a perfect example of the ancient Ujjain and has become an inspiration for many poets to pen down its beauty in the best way possible.
Day 15 : Indore - Omkareshwar - Indore
We will leave early in the morning for a day tour to Omkareshwar that lies about 77 km away from Indore. On reaching Indore, enjoy hot served breakfast and thereafter proceed to pay a visit to the holy Omkareshwar. Omkareshwar is a famous Hindu temple devoted to Lord Shiva and is one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlinga shrines of Hindu religion. It lies on the island named Shivpuri or Mandhata that is shaped in the form of Hindu symbol, 'Om'. Thousands of Hindu pilgrims visit this island every year. In our day tour, we will be visiting places such as Shri Omkar Mandhata, Kajal Rani Cave, Saptamatrika Temple and Siddhanath Temple. After exploring these holy places, we will proceed to return back to our hotel in Indore for an overnight stay.
On the last day of our tour after breakfast in the morning, free leisure time, shopping & visit market till your transfer to Indore Airport/rrailway station to board the flight or train for return back home. (Tour End)
